Sliced White Tuna Loin in Olive Oil, Limited Series
Don Bocarte, unlike your standard canned tuna producer, only uses fresh-caught fish. White tuna (Bonito del Norte) is caught in the Bay of Biscay, sorted, and cleaned. It is cooked to exacting standards, using just the right amount of salt, then packed in pure olive oil. The result is a juicy, tender fillet that gets even better with age.
We love this sliced tuna served on top of sourdough toast or sliced tomatoes. However you enjoy it, don’t throw away that olive oil!
