Winemaker notes:
2014 was what we consider a normal vintage: the season was linear and simple to manage. Harvest took place between September 15 and 25. We like September harvests because the temperature is more moderate than in August, so the quality and ripeness of the juices were well-preserved. The result is a very pure wine with superb freshness and notes of citrus and lemon: a tension that makes you salivate and want to start your meal. This vintage has great aging potential.

Nose: Faint opening notes of brioche; floral notes of white flowers
Palate: Fresh, vibrant, and elegant, with an integrated mousse and some hints of vanilla. Citrus and green-apple notes develop when aerated. Crisp acidity, extremely fine bubbles, and a long, saline mouth provide a beautiful sense of tension.

Recommended as an aperitif with oysters and foie gras.

In 1910, Louise Brison began cultivating a few acres of vines at a time when winemaking was not very lucrative. The estate is now managed by Louise Brison’s great-granddaughter, Delphine Brulez, who employs practices that enable natural biodiversity to flourish. The estate has operated in an organic manner since 2012 and has been certified organic since 2020.
