Don Bocarte Cantabrian anchovies are produced following traditional methods, using only the best anchovies from the Bay of Biscay, sea salt, and award-winning "Special Selection" coupage extra-virgin olive oil from Masía el Altet.
This tin contains six to seven small anchovy fillets – perfect for those who want to sample anchovies.
Serving suggestions: Serve on top of sliced Momotaro tomatoes or layer on top of Pan con Tomate. Don't throw away the olive oil! It's perfect as a dipping oil for bread, or in a dressing for Caesar's salad. Alternatively, store it in a jar in the fridge until you're ready to cook up around of Pad Thai or Char Kway Teow!
